FAQ
Questions clinic owners ask
Clear answers about booked patients, the system and the next step.
What does Unfound actually do?
Unfound builds and runs the full patient acquisition system for specialist clinics: the offer, the website, attracting enquiries, fast replies and follow-up, booking, and bringing patients back.
How is a growth partner different from a marketing provider?
A traditional marketing provider is usually paid for activity, such as posts, ads or reach. Unfound is measured on booked patients and works across every step from first enquiry to booked appointment.
What types of clinics does Unfound work with?
Private and self-pay specialist clinics, including pain management, physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports injury, osteopathy, podiatry, aesthetic, skin and laser, dental, stem cell and hair restoration clinics.
How quickly will new bookings come in?
The Foundation and Build stages usually take the first few weeks. Enquiries typically start once patient attraction goes live, and results build over the first 90 days as the system is refined.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the clinic, its goals and what is already in place. It is shared after the free audit, once the right scope is clear.
Does the clinic need a new website?
Not always. If the current site converts well, it is kept and improved. If it is losing enquiries, new pages are built as part of Foundation.
Does it work for a single-practitioner clinic?
Yes, as long as there is capacity for more patients. The system is sized to how many new patients the clinic can take each week.
Which countries does Unfound work in?
The UK, Ireland, the US and Canada.
What does the free audit include?
A review of the website, enquiry handling, reviews and booking process, with the biggest leaks and quickest wins walked through on a short call.
What does the clinic need to provide?
Access to the website, calendar and existing accounts, a short onboarding call, and a monthly review.
